Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business weeks for the Pre-order launch only (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Free shipping: All orders for Escamado edition 1 are qualified for free shipping domestically. 

Deliveries are made from convenient times on available days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping : Escamado accepts shipping across GCC countries for a paid international shipping fee 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at escamadoinquiry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
